Designed for Safe Indoor Wiring in Human-Centric Spaces
H03Z1Z1‑F and H05Z1Z1‑F are engineered for electricians and facility integrators working in environments where people spend extended time—such as kitchens, offices, and humid indoor locations. These cables offer a safety-driven option with low smoke and zero halogen emissions, protecting occupants during fire incidents. They are appropriate for appliances like washing machines, refrigerators, or dryers, as well as for concealed routing in built-in furniture or wall systems, provided the cable avoids direct heat exposure. This aligns well with priorities in cable manufacturing where safety and adaptability are essential.
Technical Composition Aligned with Global Standards
Both cables feature Class 5 finely stranded copper wire conductors, offering flexibility and longevity. Cable construction includes LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) insulation (TI6) and sheath (TM7), ensuring minimal toxicity under stress. H03Z1Z1‑F is rated at 300/300 V with 2000 V test voltage; H05Z1Z1‑F supports 300/500 V with 2500 V test capability. The cables resist short-circuit temperatures up to 150 °C and operate safely between –10 °C and +60 °C (H03) or –15 °C and +70 °C (H05), providing durability across typical indoor use cases. Bending radius is structured for real-world dynamic wiring needs in wire and cable systems.
Application in Equipment, Office, and Residential Scenarios
These LSZH cables serve as reliable conductors for internal connections in household appliances, office infrastructure, pendant lighting, and equipment arrays. They are not intended for high-temperature units, outdoor use, or industrial environments. Widely deployed in public premises and controlled domestic areas, they fulfill requirements for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance, reflecting their trusted role among industrial cable suppliers across residential and commercial wiring solutions.
Product Advantages
LSZH Construction Enhances Fire Safety Without Compromise
The halogen-free insulation and sheath dramatically reduce emission of smoke and corrosive gases in fire, safeguarding both people and sensitive electronics. The design supports fast egress and limits fire damage—vital for cable manufacturing projects prioritizing occupant safety in densely used spaces.
Flexible Copper Cores Support Clean, Adaptive Routing
The Class 5 stranded conductors ensure flexibility for installation through tight spaces or modular furniture. This adaptability reduces strain during deployment and supports maintenance or layout changes—a key advantage for both installers and wire manufacturers managing versatile wiring scenarios.
Verified for Regulatory and Functional Compatibility
Compliant with EN 50525-3-11, IEC 60332-1, EN 50267, EN 61034, and CPR Class Dca certifications, these cables meet broad safety standards. Their inclusion in harmonized systems simplifies procurement and design; installers and industrial cable suppliers benefit from consistent quality without needing custom assessments.
Use Scenarios
Electricians Installing Safe Appliance Connections in Kitchens
When wiring appliances or sockets in dwellings, electricians rely on H03Z1Z1‑F or H05Z1Z1‑F for their safety in close proximity to users. The cables deliver dependable performance while withstanding typical kitchen movement and environmental humidity—valued features for professionals focused on cable manufacturing standard compliance.
Office Infrastructure Teams Wiring Damp Zones and Workstations
Office environments often include shared kitchens, humid areas, or modular layouts. These LSZH cables provide both flexibility and safety in such contexts, enabling clean and safe routing across dynamic office landscapes—supported workflows for wire and cable integrators.
Institutional Maintenance Crews Upgrading Public Space Wiring
Maintaining wiring in public or high-traffic facilities like schools or healthcare units requires cables effective under fire-safety constraints. H03Z1Z1‑F and H05Z1Z1‑F, with their LSZH design and multi-condition ratings, ensure reliable replacement or upgrades that meet both code and user safety standards—preferred by industrial cable suppliers supporting critical infrastructure.
